The bridge saw machine VISION 700 is able to satisfy fully the  requirements of firms working in the sector of marble and granite processing. Its strengthened-framed structure guarantees a great rigidity and accuracy during the working cycles. The multi-layered painting, as well as the galvanizing process of water-exposed parts, and the oil-bath guides protected by folding parts made of anti-corrosive material and by protection carters in stainless steel, guarantee the life time of mechanic. Reliable,versatile and easily usable, the saw machine is controlled by a recently born 15” coloured touch-screen, which is fixed in front of the bridge at the operator side, through which programmes are put in and axis, controlled by the encoder, are set in motion. The machine executes automatic and manual workings even without the help of the operator. The head can be rotated up to 60° in order to execute inclined cuts in a single action time or step-cutting.

Programming and System Management The machine is controlled and managed from the industrial PC. Platform system utilized is Windows. The color touch-screen monitor (15 inc.) enables easy and quick machine programming.  The profiling programm utilizing vertical or orizzontal "comb" technique. This type of profiling utilizes diamand cutting discs.  The machine can be directly programmed utilizing a simplifield CAD program supplied qith the machine or the required drawing can be imported from a remote PC whit Ethernet or USB key (optional).
